On view floating dots nav

A floating side nav made of dots — each one tied to a section on the page. As you scroll, On View triggers update which dot is active, so the menu always reflects where you are. Click a dot and it smooth-scrolls you there. It's a two-way scroll indicator plus jump nav in one, built for long-scroll pages where readers need to see progress and skip ahead without losing their place.
