This component turns a long list into a scroll-driven stack: as you move down the page, each cuisine entry pins in place while the next one scrolls up and over it, building a layered card effect. Every entry pairs a bold name with a region label and a directional arrow. It's editorial and content-agnostic, so any long list — products, destinations, categories — can use the same pattern.
