Understanding Ceros Analytics
In this lesson, we'll overview the Ceros analytics dashboard and how you can better understand the key performance indicators that can help you improve your content.
In this lesson, we will be exploring the Ceros Analytics Dashboard and how we measure success for the content we create. By understanding the data behind performance, as well as the context for the project, including design, UX, copy, and strategy, we will be able to construct a comprehensive story of performance and success in Ceros.
When we log into the Ceros platform, we land on the “Projects” tab. Here you see the various project folders you have created in Ceros so far. This is the default landing page and from here, there are 3 main ways to navigate to the Analytics Dashboard.
The first is to click on the “Analytics” tab at the top of the page, which will take you to an Overview page of all of the metrics associated with all of your projects in Ceros. The second way we can access the Analytics Dashboard is by hovering over a project folder and clicking on the Analytics icon that appears. The third way you can access the Analytics Dashboard is by clicking into a Project Folder on the “Projects” page, finding a project, hovering over it, and clicking on the analytics icon that appears.
There are many different ways to measure success in Ceros, and just as every Ceros users’ goals are different, the indicators that you use to measure those goals will differ as well. There are, however, a few key performance indicators – or KPIs for short- that can help you best understand how your content is performing and how you can optimize your content based on your findings. These are: visitors, interaction clicks by object, and outbound link clicks. In the video lesson above, we’ll dive into these 3 different KPIs and demonstrate via real-life examples how you can leverage your findings to improve your Ceros content.
