Supported Browsers

Currently Supported Browsers

Experiences work in current versions of the following browsers on Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS:

  • Chrome

  • Safari

  • Firefox

  • Microsoft Edge

Your published content will work on desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones running most modern browsers. These browsers all update automatically, so the vast majority of users will have a current version.

What Should You Do?

If you are concerned about visitors trying to access your experiences from an unsupported browser, you can specify a redirect URL in the Experience settings tab of the Settings Panel within each experience to drive them to a URL of your choosing.ย

What will people visiting from unsupported browsers see?

When a user tries to access your experience from an unsupported browser, they will be prompted with the option to download a newer supported browser or will be automatically redirected to a URL of your choosing. This URL can be designated on an experience-by-experience basis in the Settings Panel.

Just like any web page, factors such as device memory, internet connection, and the amount of content in your experience can affect performance.ย If youโ€™re having trouble in a supported browser, try testing a lighter version of your experience with fewer pages, graphics, and videos.

What about the Studio?

Studio will also work across all of the major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox) with the exception of Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge. Due to the lack of support for IE and Edge, we do not recommend these browsers for designing in the Studio.
