Based on science fiction writer Jeff Noon’s short story about a near future in which marketing and addiction are disturbingly intertwined, Solace is an interactive, animated film built on an engine that produces cartoon-like physics based on user interactions. To accompany the eye-popping onscreen visuals, an original atmospheric soundtrack responds to user interactions in real-time. Be sure to bring headphones for this one!

Case in point: to add further depth to their latest adventure television show Frontier, Discovery Canada built out this interactive companion experience for fans of the show to peel back the layers of their favorite characters and learn about their backstories.
