Our product team has been laboring day and night, across time zones and oceans and international borders, to bring some amazing ideas to life within our platform. We’re not ready to unveil everything we’ve been working on, but here are the exciting new things available in our latest product release.
The New Ceros Admin
Last March, we rolled out a brand new design for the Ceros Studio. We’ve been traveling a long, steep road ever since, with lots of user testing, design rounds, and collaboration between creative/UX/development along the way. But now, we’re finally ready to unveil the newly redesigned Ceros Admin!
What does the redesign entail? We’ve invested in a complete visual refresh to reflect our current branding. We’ve also made a number of user interface updates to increase efficiency and make working in the Admin much easier, including:
- Publishing and Republishing directly from a Project folder.
- Simplified creation flows for new Projects and Experiences.
- Title editing capabilities directly from your Project and Experience folders.
- Easy access to analytics across Experiences from the main nav.
- Streamlined user management for specific Projects.
- And more.

Attention, Eloqua users! We now have an out-of-the-box Eloqua snippet you can drop into the Custom HTML section of your Experiences that will allow you to track per-user, page-level activity in Ceros content. Ask your Account Manager for more information about using the snippet in your Experiences.
Don’t use Eloqua? We’ll be rolling out a nice user interface and more robust integrations with other marketing automation platforms in future releases, so stay tuned.
One of the biggest product initiatives we’ve been working on over the past few months is migrating all of our real-time Ceros Experience data to a proprietary warehouse. This April, we finished our data migration off a third-party system onto own, higher-integrity solution.
Data migration may not seem that interesting from an end-user perspective, but it’s paving the way for some super exciting new features we’ll be developing in the near future, including:
- Robust new analytics dashboards.
- Enhanced data visualization.
- The ability to compare and combine data sets.
- Custom real-time queries via elasticsearch.
There’s lots more to come on the analytics front! We’ll keep you updated as we continue to make progress.
When you resize an image within the Studio, our platform will automagically generate variants based on the new image dimensions. Each time you adjust the size of an image, new variants will be created so we always serve the most optimal version of your Experience.
Additional Platform Enhancements
- Disappearing Text: In some cases, animated text would disappear when embedded on a website. Now, all text animates in as you’d expect.
